thesauruses. Encyclopedia.com users can also search through facts
and biographies.

for student writers who want to learn more about writing
mechanics, formatting, outline development and avoiding
plagiarism.

- World&I Journal – A comprehensive academic resource that encompasses a broad range of articles by scholars and experts in the areas of Global Studies, Liberal Arts, Fine & Applied Arts, General Science, and Spanish. Please see a librarian for login information.
- HINARI – Provides access to major journals in biomedical and related social sciences. Please see librarian for login information.
- PubMed – Includes more than 21 million
citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science
journals, and online books; Available through HINARI.
- Legal Information System (LIS) of the Federated States of Micronesia- LIS provides access to legal information of the FSM National government and the four governments of Chuuk, Kosrae, Pohnpei, and Yap. It includes access to constitutions, statutes, selected court rules and decisions, and selected rules and regulations.
- Patient Education Reference Center (PERC) -PERC is a database that includes current, patient information for medical professionals. The database includes information on more than 4,000 common diseases, over 759 procedures and lab tests, 2800 lifestyle and wellness topics, and over 1500 unique drugs. Cengage Databases (Trial)
- Cengage Databases includes access to Gale Virtual Reference Library
(GVRL), Academic OneFile, and Student Resources in Context. Academic
OneFile compiles full text articles from journals and reference sources
covering topics on physical sciences, technology, medicine, social
sciences, fine arts, theology, literature, and others. Student Resources
in Context merges reference content with full-text articles, news
articles, images, videos, and audio files made available through new
search features such as Search Assist. GVRL is a database of
encyclopedias and specialized reference sources for multidisciplinary
research.
